SHIPPING POLICY

After your payment is successfully completed, Ibala will send an e-ticket (with QR code) to the email address you provided during the booking process.

When arriving to use the service, please print or open the e-ticket so that our staff can verify it and guide you in using the services at I-Resort.

In case you have not received the e-ticket, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.

Your order number is confirmed as valid and can only be used once.
