GENERAL REGULATIONS

We are happy to have you as our Guest. Compliance with the rules below enables us to ensure that you have a pleasant and safe stay.

1. All Guests must present a valid government-issued identification document at the time of check-in. According to the government regulations, only registered Guests are allowed in hotel rooms.

2. Check-in time is 14:00 daily, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

3. Please do not change the room without informing Reception.

4. Any additional Guests must be registered prior to 22:00. No visitors are permitted to enter or remain in hotel rooms after 22:00.

5. Each time Guests leave the room, please make sure the door and windows are locked.

6. Guests have an obligation to keep their own money and valuable items safe. Safes are available free of charge in the rooms. The hotel is only responsible for valuable items kept in the hotel safes designated at Reception.

7. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept for safekeeping money or valuable items if they threaten the safety or have high value in relation to the size and standard of the hotel or if they take up too much space.

8. Please do not move, remove or replace any equipment or furniture inside the room, or from one room to another.

9. The Guest must immediately notify Reception of any loss or damage to hotel items as soon as possible after it is identified.

10. Guests should keep luggage in the room or in designated areas as instructed by our staff.

11. Smoking tobacco products is completely prohibited inside the hotel premises. Breach of the smoking prohibition in the hotel room is the equivalent to Guest’s consent to cover the costs of deodorization of the room in the amount of 2,500,000VND. Guests are allowed to smoke only in areas designated by the hotel.

12. For the comfort of all, the hotel kindly asks guests not to bring or engage in the following items and behaviors. The hotel will charge 2,000,000 VND for each violation:

• Pets
• Food, seafood or other items such as durian, jackfruit or mangosteen.
• Weapons, ammunition, toxins, toxic materials and explosives.
•  
• Gambling, prostitution and other illegal activities.

13. For safety reasons, the use of cooking, heating, or ironing equipment is strictly prohibited in the hotel.

14. In the case of fire, please notify Reception immediately. In the case of fire alarm, Guests are obliged to leave the rooms and public areas of the hotel according to the hotel instructions as soon as possible.

15. Use of elevators is forbidden in case of fire.

16. Please avoid singing, shouting or creating other disturbances.

17. Please avoid improper behavior, such as flirting, slapping, or any activity that may cause inconvenience to other Guests.

18. Lost and found items not requested for return within 7 days shall be retained for up to 6 months, after which the hotel will dispose of them in accordance with its policies.

19. The hotel does not store food or perishable items.

   20. If the Guest violates these Rules and Regulations, the hotel may refuse to provide further services to the person who breaches them.
