PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After booking a service on the Ibala website, customers can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Prepayment: Pay online via BIDV, VIETINBANK, or ONEPAY gateways.
- Postpayment: Pay directly at the Ibala Reception Desk.
1. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA ONEPAY
Please select “Payment” → Pay online via ONEPAY.
After choosing your card type (domestic or international), click the PAY button.
You will be redirected to ONEPAY’s payment screen.
- For domestic cards, ensure you have registered for Internet Banking or online payment services at your bank before proceeding. Select your bank card type and enter the required information.
- For international cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.), select your card type and enter the required information.
Rest assured, your information will be securely protected and used only for this transaction. Ibala and ONEPAY guarantee that your card information will never be disclosed to any third party.
After receiving confirmation from ONEPAY, Ibala will send an email confirming “Payment Successful” along with a valid order code.
2. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA BIDV / VIETINBANK
Please select “Payment” → Pay online via BIDV / VIETINBANK.
After choosing your card type (domestic or international), click the PAY button.
You will be redirected to BIDV / VIETINBANK’s payment screen.

3. DIRECT PAYMENT AT IBALA RECEPTION DESK
Please select “Payment” → Pay at Ibala Reception Desk.
On the day of your service, present your order code to the ticketing staff and pay directly by cash or card (domestic ATM cards or Visa, MasterCard) at the reception desk.
